Leadership and staff across all programs identify as substance use peers, using lived experience as a key catalyst to engage program participants, community members, and institutional partners (including non-profits and government entities).
People with lived experience are at the heart of every stage of the project, development, implementation, improvement, and oversight, ensuring that services are not only relevant but led by those directly impacted by substance use.
